Privacy

This notice covers the Tradetron AI assistant integration — the MCP service at mcp.tradetron.tech that lets AI assistants (such as ChatGPT or Claude) work with your Tradetron account on your behalf. It supplements the Tradetron platform privacy policy, which continues to apply to your Tradetron account itself.

What data we collect and how we use it

Only after you sign in and authorise it, and only to fulfil the requests you make in the assistant conversation:

• Account identity — your Tradetron user profile (name, email, registered mobile number, user id) and subscription plan.
• Strategy data — strategy templates you create, edit, validate, or export through the assistant, including their full trading logic.
• Broker and account identifiers — the names and connection status of broker integrations on your account. The integration never reads or stores broker passwords, API secrets, or funds-transfer credentials.
• Deployments — your deployed strategies, their status, run counters, and notifications. The only deployment action the assistant can take is deploying a strategy in Live Offline mode (Tradetron runs the strategy on live prices and shows each signal, and places no order); it cannot place live orders, switch a strategy to Live Auto, or move funds.
• Reports and P&L — performance reports, portfolio summaries, and profit-and-loss figures for your strategies, when you ask for them.
• Support messages — if you ask to reach Tradetron support, the conversation context you choose to send is relayed to our support desk (Crisp) and handled as a normal support ticket.
• Backtest wallet balance — backtests run through the assistant are charged to your existing prepaid Tradetron wallet, so the integration reads your wallet balance and the cost of a run. It reads a balance and writes a debit against it; it never sees or handles a card, bank account, or any other payment instrument. No charge is made until the assistant has shown you the exact amount and you have confirmed it in the conversation.

Storage and retention

The integration is a pass-through service: it holds no database of its own. Strategies, deployments, reports, and wallet balances live in your Tradetron account and are read or written there in the moment you ask — the integration keeps no separate copy once a request completes.

What it does retain, on Tradetron-controlled servers in India:

• Service logs — request metadata (timestamp, request id, tool name, result code, latency). Redacted by design: API keys and tokens appear only as salted hashes, never in the clear. Retained 30 days, then deleted.
• Short-lived caches — backtest job results and idempotency records, so a repeated request does not re-run or double-charge. Retained up to 7 days, then expire automatically.
• Sign-in sessions — OAuth tokens issued by our identity provider, valid until they expire or you revoke the connection.

Third-party sharing

We use a small, fixed set of processors. We do not sell your data, and we share it with no one else:

• Your AI assistant provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or whichever assistant you connect) — receives the tool results it asked for, under their own privacy terms.
• Crisp — our support desk, and only if you explicitly ask the assistant to contact support.
• Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection in front of mcp.tradetron.tech; processes request metadata in transit.
• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads) and Meta (Pixel) — the same measurement and advertising tags as tradetron.tech, on the mcp.tradetron.tech home page only. Using cookies, they count visits and clicks (for example, which assistant a visitor chooses to connect) and measure and target our ads. A first-party cookie also records the campaign a visitor arrived from, so a later Tradetron sign-up is credited to it. Nothing you do through the connector is sent to Google or Meta.

Security

All traffic is HTTPS/TLS only. Every account-specific request requires a per-user OAuth 2.0 access token — there is no shared API key granting access to other users' accounts, and one user's token cannot read another's data. Requests are rate-limited, and log redaction is enforced in code rather than by convention.

What we do not do

• No selling of your data, and no sharing of your account, strategy or connector data with advertisers or data brokers.
• No training of AI models on your strategies or account data.
• No live order placement, funds movement, or broker credential handling through this integration.

The AI assistant itself

Your conversation with the assistant (e.g. ChatGPT) is processed by the assistant provider under their privacy terms. Tradetron receives only the specific tool requests the assistant makes to mcp.tradetron.tech — not your full conversation.

Your rights, access and deletion

Disconnecting the integration in your assistant's settings revokes its access. You can also revoke sessions from your Tradetron account or by contacting support@tradetron.tech. Account data deletion is governed by the platform privacy policy.

You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of the data this integration holds about you, and object to its processing, by writing to support@tradetron.tech. We respond within 30 days. This service is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.
