Common questions

Why does it ask me to sign in? Every account-specific action needs your authorisation. Sign-in is a one-time step per assistant; you can revoke it any time from the assistant's connector settings.

Can it place live trades? No. Deployment through the assistant is in Live Offline only — nothing is sent to the exchange. Going live is done by you, in the Tradetron web platform.

A tool call failed — what do I do? Retry once; if it persists, email us the approximate time and what you asked for, and we can trace it from redacted service logs.
