Terms of Use

These terms cover use of the Tradetron AI assistant integration at mcp.tradetron.tech. They supplement the Tradetron platform terms of use, which govern your Tradetron account.

What the integration does

It lets an AI assistant, acting on your instructions, build and edit trading strategy templates, validate them, run backtests, deploy strategies in Live Offline mode, manage existing deployments, and read your reports and account information.

Not financial advice

The integration is a strategy-building tool. Nothing it produces — strategies, backtests, reports, or assistant commentary — is investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Backtested and Live Offline results do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions made on your account.

Trading risk

Algorithmic trading involves substantial risk of loss. Strategies created through the assistant can behave differently in live markets than in backtests or Live Offline. Review every strategy in the Tradetron strategy builder before going live, and comply with your broker's and exchange's rules at all times.

Acceptable use

• Use the integration only with your own Tradetron account.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or Live Offline restrictions.
• Automated scraping or resale of the service is prohibited.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is"; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it. Tool behaviour may change as the platform evolves. Liability is limited as set out in the platform terms of use.
